JYPNGG's Name & Logo

It's my first time posting here, but after reading about the debut being near I got hyped and started looking for more info and I discovered something I want to share.

If you go to the JYP Ent. official site ( http://www.jype.com) you can find a page for every artist managed by the company. Every URL is name of the artist followed by .jype.com (example: http://jyp.jype.com ). If you type a random name you get an error "409 Conflict", but if you go to http://itzy.jype.com/ you simply get a blank page, no error. And yes, I tried with denimalz and you get the same error mentioned before. So this to me pretty much confirms it.

To add on that, just found this:

Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ITZYofficial/

Twitter: https://twitter.com/ItzyOfficial

Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ItzyOfficial/

I'm not too sure about the Facebook one, because a logo has already been uploaded there and it is a bit tacky, even though quite frankly I can see it be the official logo:

But for the Twitter & IG, the fact they're both totally naked and locked down is pretty telling, honestly. If it was owned by fans, they probably would have taken advantage of the situation by now and uploaded stuff on it. Or at least open it up so people can follow. But by leaving both account locked down, no one can even start to follow them, so yeah, I guess it's safe to say they're official.

For the Facebook page, since I wasn't all that sure of it being genuine, I tried a lot of different names, mostly by looking at the names of other JYPE's groups Facebook page names, but all of my attempts resulted in a 404 page except that one.

I also tried sneak around the code of the official JYPE website a bit, but the webmasters are being very cautious and professionals, and probably haven't uploaded anything yet, I believe.

I'm a fan of the name Itzy!

I find it so funny how so many peoplel initially hated the name Itzy... but after the shit-show that was Denimalz everyone started to appreciate the name Itzy.

I think the name is pretty cute, I could get used to it? The logo looks basic though...

Itzy is just the lesser of two evils, i don't like it much, but it's way better than Denimalz.

I kinda get a retro vibe from that logo, like the title screen from an old videogame or something.

Yeah I agree. Maybe I'd appreciate the logo more if I knew what concept they were going for?

it would be pronounced like itji right?

...itji sounds like itchy to me lol

Itzy sounds cute, but I can just imagine koreans butchering the name sfsdfsdsdf

according to my minimal korean alphabet knowledge it would probably be like ìžˆì§€ (iss-ji)as I've never seen an actual ìž(it) syllable before..which in the end would be pronounced like itji, but ìžˆì§€ already means something like 'is it?' in korean so...

idk man correct me if I'm wrong lel

Edit: Spelling

It reminds me of gugudan's situation, they were originally called "Gx9" and people complained so they went with gugudan A MUCH WORSE NAME

at least people haven't been as loud with ITZY, it's better than denimalz lol
