blank_stare 2,217 Posted January 18, 2019 Share Posted January 18, 2019 Netflix’s released Sex education and I just watched it. It’s quite good. Love the cinematography and soundtracks used. The characters are immensely well written and good foundation. All characters so far are likable as well. My favs are Otis, Eric, Adam (Adic or Eram? Shipping name?) and the weird tentacle girl. The show can get SJW type but it’s not extreme. It’s more well informed on the sexual education part (as it should be) but it also deals with a whole lot of other territory with most of it dealing with psychological problems that humans deal with. And I have to say it’s better that I thought of. There’s lots of drama but it doesn’t get convoluted and sets up for season 2, if Netflix does renew. In which I’m hoping for. For shipping it’s Ola x Otis x Maeve x Jackson and Adam x Eric. Some say Adam and Eric is toxic and abusive, which I do agree but I hope Adam gets redemption arch in the future. All characters are such well made and complex that it does make you feel empathy for them. Edit: I don’t want them going Ian and Mickey relationship development in this show. I like most of the characters and it's nice that even some of the side characters get a bit of a story line. I love Eric, Otis and Jean!! idk what to think of the whole Adam and Eric thing yet, I'm not really into the bully to lover kinda thing I wonder if the writer/producer of the show is American bc everything looks very American (the school etc.) even though it's set in the UK sshdbskvs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
