MochaLatte 1,682 Posted January 13, 2019 Share Posted January 13, 2019 As you all know, digital sales count for the majority of overall points; from 30-65% (excluding The Show since it's only gonna come back on air on Jan. 22)... here is the current breakdown for the rest: Show Champion Digital -> 30% Idol Champ Pre-voting -> 20% Genie Pre-voting -> 20% MBC Music Broadcast -> 10% Critics' Choice -> 10% Album Sales -> 10% MCountdown Digital Points -> 45% SNS Score -> 25% Album Sale -> 15% Live Voting -> 10% Broadcast Point -> 10% Pre-vote -> 10% Music Bank Digital Sales -> 65% Broadcast Points -> 20% Viewers Committee -> 10% Physical Album Sales -> 5% Show! Music Core Physical & Digital Album Sales -> 60% Live Voting -> 15% Music Video Views -> 10% Viewers Committee pre-voting -> 10% MBC Radio Broadcast -> 5% Inkigayo Digital Sales -> 55% SNS -> 35% ON-AIR -> 10% Physical Album Sales -> 5% Advance Viewer Votes -> 5% Trust me, a lot of these points I don't even understand, but as for the breakdown... I think this is how it will go: Show Champion -> Apink (only because they have higher IDOL CHAMP & album sales points (30% in total) to counter their digitals (which aren't horrible, still top 20) or Chungha (she has much higher digital points, but her prevotes & album sales aren't as great but there's an equal chance... it really depends on the rest of the points (I didn't include the others because they will lose points for not performing or their digital ranking is much lower in comparison to these two) MCountdown -> Apink or Chungha (for the same reasons) Music Bank -> Chungha (the digital point % is to high for any artist to counter, especially when there's also the broadcasting points to consider as well) Show Music Core -> Chungha (same reasons as MB) Inkigayo -> Apink or Chungha what do you guys think?? you may wonder why I didn't add WJSN because they are topping the pre-votes and album sales this week, but the problem with that is their digital points, they are not even part of top 30 overall so that will have a huge impact on their overall points so Apink (being second by a small margin in pre-votes and album sales, has a higher chance of winning at least one trophy next week)... As of now, Chungha has maintained her #2 spot overall on iCharts and Apink has been moving up & down back an forth from #5-20 overall all week, but their total weekly score at the moment is #15 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

skcebl 5,968 Posted January 13, 2019 Share Posted January 13, 2019 Either APink or Chungha. Music Bank calculates their Physicals and Digitals in a different way, so I don't know about them. WJSN will help dilute the MB physical numbers this week so APink won't have that big of an advantage. Digitals - Chungha is still ahead with #2 on Instiz. APink is around the lower teens. Physicals - APink sold 20k on Hanteo, so the numbers will be higher on Gaon. 2nd week Chungha will probably be in the hundreds. MV Views/ Station YT channels - APink, They'll have 10mil +.
