Most big jobs expect you to have a linkedin account nowadays wich goes on your cv, from there they can probably get links to your instagram, twitter, website and whatever and just track down the rest from there. No. That's none of their business. sadly my current employer doesn't think so. they even made me unfriended, unfollowed and delete contact of some bad exes that some are related to my university background.
