He might run, start yelling or accidentally bump into people and not apologize. The judgemental stares people give make me feel like shit. There are children with special needs and social issues, and people are quick to judge and blame the parents all too often. It's not always a simple issue of bad parenting. rejeshrimp 1,064 Posted January 11, 2019 Share Posted January 11, 2019 sometimes, the parents do try and the kids are just... horrible. i've seen kids shouting at their parents, etc. and it's actually disgusting ndjhgfjsg u shouldn't bite the hand that feeds u my dude !! but people who just turn a blind eye to their kid's misbehaviour is honestly dangerous. especially in cases such as parks where there could be accidents involving another younger/more fragile child (some kids are brats and push children off swings/slides/climbing frames... need i express how this can be harmful even with the 'rubbery' type floors found in parks?) OR in places such as shops with elderly people, u could knock down an elderly woman or man and really harm them !! not to mention u gotta keep your children in your sight, because you never know who is about. even the most 'harmless' looking people can do horrible stuff. when i was younger my mum kept my brothers and i (we were all born about a year or two apart) in safety harnesses, she used to pull on them though and they HURT but they taught us to stay close to her lmao. That tells me you are consciously enabling it and furthermore being lazy about your responsibility and discipline. I've seen parents ignore small kids run around in restaurants and coffee-houses where they could injure themselves horribly from hot food and liquids falling on them. Once a crawling baby almost got on an escalator before I directed it otherwise, this happening in a mall while the mom kept busy scrolling her phone.
