Yeah! I lost my favorite video but it either had a japanese or korean title and it was chopping up kinetic sand. That's my favorite one, it really helps with my anxiety.

not really. they dont do anything for me and whispering gets on my nerves sometimes.
on the other hand people who speak normally but have nice calm voice are very soothing. like yoongi and his reviews, and few other youtubers i came across.

Lot's of them did nothing for me, but eventually i found a few i love, turns out whispering is my trigger.
