Other than cleaning I do various things; managing the staff, delegating jobs and give instructions, and I help with our weekly audit where the store we clean in gets evaluated out of 100. I also cover my manager when she's not here and do paperwork, order new stock and cover her shifts - which includes managing staff on other shifts (I usually only manage the night staff since that's the shift I work the most). So when I'm home usually someone rings with an issue like they're sick and I have to arrange cover or cover myself which is annoying or just arranging things for the next shift.
