Is there any Japanese music that has a psychedelic or a shoegaze sound? I tried looking for Korean shoegaze and found ZzzAam, but they disbanded.

Amenoparade (雨のパレード) is mix of new wave and pop. Underlying tones of psychedelic and shoegaze sounds

Itsue (イツエ) is also a really good one. They often do club performances

Can someone recommend me other bands that sound like this?

Coaltar of the Deepers and (maybe) Zeppet Store have songs like this one.

But these 2 groups have released songs that are quite similar to the other songs from Ogre You Asshole like Coin Laundry, Flag, Rail, Lobotomy, Heiken wa, Kaisentou, Lambda & J.N.

I need some new Japanese stuff to listen too. I listen to some Johnny's like Arashi, NEWS, Kanjani (mostly their band songs) and a little KAT-TUN and some songs by other groups here and there, but I'm not necessarily a fan of those groups

For one, are there any Johnny's songs that you would recommend, preferably in the pop/rock category like Kanjani's "Ai Deshita?" or Arashi's "Happiness"?

Outside of Japanese music I mostly listen to rock/alt/indie. Like my non-Japanese music tastes are the opposites of my Japanese ones lol

So what are some good quality Japanese bands in those categories? Some of my favorite bands are Yeah Yeahs, The Clash, The Strokes, Kings oof Leon, Fall Out Boy, Mew, Group Love, etc. It's weird because I like fluffy Johnny's stuff but then I listen to Rancid, The Distillers, The Ramones, etc.  I like a lot of the 80s new wave stuff as well. So if you konw any Japanese bands in these categories let me know!

Also what are some bands like Acid Black Cherry? I have tried to get into visual kei but a lot of sounds the same to me. ABC really stuck out.

I'd like to expand my music and get into J-Pop properly. Could you recommend me some music from girl groups if possible? (Morning Musume, AKB48)

AKB48: River, Beginner and Bokutachi wa Tatawanai.

Morning musume: Sakura Mankai, Nanchatte Renai and Beyond Time and Space.

C-ute: The Grieving Heaven, Power and Kimi wa Jitensha Watashi wa Densha de Kitaku.

Happiness: We Can Fly, Juicy Love and Holiday.

Giselle4: More, Steppin Back and Sayonara Sayonara

AKB48 has a really big discography with quite a few good songs. What genres/type of music are you looking for? I can try and point you in the right direction, although I haven't been following them all that closely in recent years as I think their music went severely downhill around 2013, although there have been some occasional gems since then.

I don't listen to Morning Musume so I can't help you there, but for a group with a smaller discography I would recommend the LDH girl groups: Dream, Happiness, Flower, all three of which make up the collaboration unit E-girls. Just gonna post the most recent songs from each group:

I just discovered Miliyah Kato because of her Daft Punk sampled single, can someone tell me which is her best album?

LOVELAND is my fave, though some like HEAVEN and Ring, too. It's hard to pin point an absolute fan fave since she is very consistent when it comes to albums (except TOKYO STAR). You should start with Ring, though! It has some of her biggest hits like SAYONARAベイベー and Love Forever, and it's a pretty cute pop album that's rather easy to get into, though it gets a bit sluggish after Time is Money I must say.
