Hey guys. I haven't been keeping up with j-music all throughout this year so I've been wondering if you can recommend some 2014 releases? No J-pop please.

I really liked Salu's Comedy, but that's about all I've looked into.

You should try KLOOZ's SEASONS then. Probably Miliyah's album as well.

That's not even close to the best J-Rap album out this year....it's actually quite disappointing if you ask me.

I tried both. Liked Loveland a lot more than I expected. Seasons was great. Thanks.

If you're talking about that new-age sounding stuff then Sky-Hi's Trickster takes the cake. Super Sonic's Scratch Your World is really good too, and Ken the 390's 7.

Salu's best album is actually his free mixtape from least year called BIS2, don't know if you heard that or not.

Have you listened to la la larks? It's Yumi's new band and people "complain" that it's basically the same as school food punishment.
