So many people make them and they're so redundant. It's like... hello, search function... So that is the point of this thread. If you want something, come to this thread, don't make your own thread. They will no longer be replied to. Also, when you ask for something, you have to be a tad more specific than "I want Japanese music." That's like saying "I want American music." What does that mean? There is such a large variance that it kinda leaves it too open and people end up suggesting whatever. Like if you want something like Big Bang or 2NE1, why would I show you a YUKI video? They don't match up. You just end up with a bunch of people posting whatever they like when the person asking isn't even looking for that and end up ignoring/disregarding it. Wasted effort. Why do this? Also, don't post anything done by a KPop act in Japan. If you want that, this isn't the place for it. Feel free to now ask for suggestions. Someone will listen to what you're looking for reply with suggestions. And again, don't just say Japanese music. Say something specific. IMO YUI's best album is ''Can't buy my love'' and ''From me to you'' + I recommed a song ''again''(Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood opening). I find UVERworld and SPYAIR to be similar to ONE OK ROCK but I don't know that much about their whole discography so I can't say which is the best. You can always try the most popular songs (aka openings) like : UVERworld - DtechnoLife (Bleach op) and CORE PRIDE. SPYAIR - Samurai Heart (some like it hot!) ( Gintama opening). What I'm looking for are artists that are of a generally electronic genre (electro-pop, etc) but aren't the cute type that you see a lot in popular Japanese music (mainly idols I guess). Here are some artists that you could take into consideration that I like: sakanaction, Mami Kawada, The Naked and Famous, Broods, Betty Who, Little Boots.
