Do you prefer contacting customer service through calling or through live chat?

As many companies now have live chat to talk to customers if they have

any queries or issues do you prefer live chat or

calling them?

 

I'm very much for live chat. Not cos I have a mild hearing loss but I can do other

stuff while talking to the staff.

DEPENDS what I am calling about because one time after an HOUR going back and forth the rep for my internet provider freakin ended our chat without resolving the issue

I have pretty bad phone anxiety but I'd rather just call and get it over with that way. Depends on what company I'm calling though and what the issue is.
