yeobbun 844 Posted December 30, 2018 Share Posted December 30, 2018 I think of the hip-hop music genre as if it were a kid. When it was still young you got people like Tupac and Biggie making music. And now the kid is starting to grow up and starting to hit puberty; the awkward phase where you don't really know who you are and trying to find your identity. Modern rap is kinda like that. It's all over the place trying to figure out who it is. I think if we give it 2-3 more years the mumble rap phase will be over and we're gonna get a new style of sound.
