Does anyone else have a problem of frequent urination especially at night time?

For the past two days, I’ve been having trouble sleeping, every 5-10 minutes, I had to wake up and pee. It’s not burning or anything and it’s not small doses lol. I don’t drink a lot during the night time. I’m scared it might be diabetes as everyone in my family has it. How to stop this situation? It’s been affecting my sleeping schedule..

i found out i was diabetic when i was 7 because i kept drinking so much water and peeing all the time, but if you're not drinking a lot of water idk what it might be

Same, but I noticed it has become a problem after my eating habits turned to shit...

Maybe you should try talking to your doctor about it, especially if it's a major concern

I know a friend who has an overactive bladder (that’s what she called it idk if that’s a technical term) and she’d have to go like 5 times in a short amount of time if she even had the smallest amount of water

But it’s all the time not just at night, is it only at night for you?

Yeah for some reason it’s mostly at night time. During the day, I go like 6-7 times but during night time it’s like more than 30 times. It’s really disturbing my sleeping schedule and it recently just started happening. I also didn’t have my period since September.....but my period cycle is pretty irregular...

Well I dunno if it acts up for her more at night she didn’t really go into detail ofc lol

But maybe it could be that though you should see your doc about it since it’s hereditary as her mom has it too

I’ve been trying to put off from seeing a doctor because I’m too scared to know about the results but I think I will go. Thank you!

It’s always better to know since you might be able to fix it or work around it but good luck OP

I had this problem.  Try not drinking after dinner (7 at the latest).  There are also certain pills you can take.

I really think you should go to the doctor fam because it might not be diabetes it might be something simple like a urinary tract infection which you could easily fix.
