Divorce is a choice made by the two sides after mutual respecting and communicating with each other. They will take care of their children as relatives in the future and sincerely wish each other the future as friends. If the rumours are true that their relationship has been over for a long time and this divorce is just the finalisation of it, if that relationship did happen, I wouldn't consider it cheating anyway.
