I think most of us also didn't.

The only thing I noticed this year was that he was getting more articles, more upvotes, being more mentioned, he was alto trending more and his fancams trended a lot (we talk more about it in Jimin Thread and don't make a lot of threads about him so....), I expected him to be on top 3, also because his ranking on Gallup increased a lot since 2016 (went from 14 to 7 now to 1).
