YNRA 1,082 Posted December 17, 2018 Share Posted December 17, 2018 I'm a uni student and I live on my campus. Everyday here I have lots to do as I have 3 jobs. Take 12 units and have a good social life here. When I go home I'm always bored out of my mind. I have nothing to do but sit alone in my room as I have no friends in my home town and my parents work all day and even when they're off work they just watch TV and sleep. I'm leaving for winter break on Saturday and will be at home for 3 weeks... I'm dreading it to be honest. What can I do ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It sounds like you and your parents need rest and relaxation, you could do a family sleepover where you'd do each other's hair/nails and just bond. Treasure them while they're still aive and healthy. Check to see if there's something on (art shows, plays etc) that might be out of your normal comfort zone and visit them. Reconnect with an old teacher or someone in your street that you liked.
