A year-end party was organized by an entertainment production company in Shibuya that a former ‘Popteen’ (magazine) model is affiliated with, that is where the power harassment occurred. The “perpetrator†was a 25 year-old president of an entertainment company and the “victim†was a 23 year-old employee. This incident happened on December 20th, 2015. The video showing an employee's head being held down with their face immersed in a pot of shabu shabu has been obtained by the magazine ‘Daily Shincho’. Of course, this was done while the stove was still on. The employee who has burn scars that’ll likely remain on their face, thinks back to that time “My emotional health was backed into a corner with the daily power harassment I received from the presidentâ€
