- [+1,219, -121] How long has it been? Up until recently, I lived my life completely unrelated from Johnny’s but I’ve been totally obsessed with Kinpuri ever since they debuted. The more I learned about them, the more stuck I got to them. I’m a newbie to Johnny’s myself so I hope people who didn’t care for Kinpuri before, get interested in Kinupuri by reading this topic!

Oof, this is cool to see though. A new generation of JE boy group getting popular, I mean. I don't really know much about them besides seeing a few clips of I think the leader (?) in trailers for dramas. But it reminds me of the days I used to follow everything about Arashi. haha

Kinpuri is a rejuvenation of JE boygroup interest. and their songs are damn good.

Kinpuri is their nickname as King and Prince is kinda a mouthful in Japanese (kingu ando purinsu --> kinpuri)

The leader is Kishi Yuta. Both him and Hirano Sho have/had a lot of acting gigs, so I'm not sure which one you saw.

I did hear "Cinderella Girl" quite a bit. It was the only Johnny's song I actually heard in public. There is a certain nostalgia about that song that is sweet.

I really have gotten into King and Prince because of HanaHare. Gotta thank Nakagawa Taishi for that, I guess.

 

I have to say though, Kishi looks much better in motion, he isn't very photogenic.

the King members are so good looking it is unreal. That was my first impression on KinPuri and after watching more performances, they deserve all the attention among recent Johnny groups
