TVXQ is a wall. Mad respect!

BTS will most likely be the second best selling artist by the end of next year (~1M sales with 2 Korean albums + Japanese single) rlytearpls.png or Twice.

TWICE just debuted last year amgplz.png Congratulations ~~~~

bts' growth is insane. I keep thinking their sales will plateau somewhere but they keep increasing 100K every release.

Their next album might reach 500K in the first week and their next single abum might reach 650K  first week.

Their upward fan growth trajectory is unheard of

TVXQ, KARA and SNSD really were the holy trinity of K-Pop groups in Japan. At their peak, they were pretty much unrivalled, and even now TVXQ still does exceptionally well there (KARA and SNSD would too, if KARA hadn't disbanded and SNSD released another Japanese album). Now Twice and BTS have taken up that mantle.

I was shook when LY: Answer sold 221K+ sales in Oricon because...

Young Forever = 26K+ sales

WINGS= 82K sales

LY: HER = ~120K sales

LY: TEAR = ~196K sales

Their Korean albums are selling more than 97% of other Korean group's Japanese singles/albums.

It's amazing how their sales are increasing in a steady rate 0u0plz.png

I predict that their upcoming Korean album will sell ~250K.

TVXQ!, KARA & SNSD are the Holy Trinity of Kpop. During their heyday, they were able to run with the top of Japanese acts. Hell, TVXQ! is literally 2nd only to Arashi (a freaking wall!!!) :derp:

Too bad DB5K/KARA5/SN9D split and half of their growth/potential were cut in half.

Break Out is still #5! Baby we keep the faith eternally!

The lyrics are poetic and meaningful!

TVXQ is insane. Too bad they split up.

At least 6M of 9,685,916 is from their OT5 days. I remember they made +$85M in 2010 only with physical sales.

Still they make a lot of money from DVDs. (DVDs in Japan is +$85)

$130 Million USD (from CD sales alone) to be exact, which is something unheard of in Kpop to this date
