I think she was -trying- to say it would be difficult to not be able to communicate with anyone due to language barrier, but her tone and the way she phrased it just made it sound like she was looking down at her. However, it's not what she said because people express the same sentiments all over the world when they're concerned about how someone will be able to communicate but it's how she said it. I don't know if that's her regular tone when she isn't doing her pageant voice or if she really is the epitome of "oh my gosh, Becky, look at her butt".
