Suzy's Yes No Maybe vs Mamamoo's Wind Flower

I'll go with Wind Flower for the song and Yes No Maybe for the MV. I absolutely love both of them though <3

I like both songs but windflower slightly more. Meanwhile umm mv is just a piece of art. A screenshot of the mv is my safe screen on my phone

Song wise I think Wind Flower is slightly better. However the MV for Yes No Maybe is more accurate to WKW movies.

Choosing for MV is a bit different. I think YNM feels more Movie-esque, while Wind Flower has plenty of beautiful shots. It's too hard, so I'll go with Suzy's just because I'm biased

YNM for both. If you like WKW's aesthetics as someone commented above, Suzy's MV definitely is more similar to his work. While Wind Flower is beautiful too, the MV felt very tourist-y to me as well. It's very clear and clean and I definitely prefer Suzy's more grittier, surrealistic video. Also YNM is such a solid bop, still one of my favorite Kpop songs ever.

Suzy for both. The MV and song really blew my mind when it came out and the Wong Kar Wai Nerd inside of me just couldn't handle of awesome this was.

 

That being said, this is my favorite Mamamoo song and MV as well.
