AKS is one of the dumbest companys I've ever seen but it's also one of the most influential and powerful in Japanese entertainment, a lot more then what most iz*one fans realize , but they are pretty dumb also so look out for that , they are bound to fuck it up at some point

The truth is because AKS Impact.

thats the reason why they were invited. I mean they are a rookie group and LVR is such a nice song but it is not a huge hit. As much as it hurt that is the truth.

I dont want to discredited them but yes they are invited because of AKS connection.

Not really...AKS can't even get the girls under their contract solo jobs same rate JE can for dramas. That's why everyone are happy when a member get their contract transfer to another agency. If they have influences, it's likely bc of ties with their backer and bigger jimusho like Ohta, Burning etc

THIS, a lot of people don't understand Japanese entertainment. I've been a Japanese gg stan for so long since Morning Musume. A lot of people here are overestimating Aki-P. The guy is influential, but he's no Johnny Kitagawa for girlgroups.

Note I'm not into japanese bgs, but I'm just aware of Johnny's because it's like all Japanese bgs are from there.

Boys from there appear in tons of CMs, dramas and movies too.

But I haven't seen 48g girls have that kind of entertainment influence in Japan save for Mayuyu

Sashi tho

And apparently Akip isn't even a shareholder in AKS anymore, or own very small part of it. iirc he own bigger shares of 21% in Keyholder, the company that just took over SKE so my tl kept making the old joke about how AkiP is really Jurina's dad

Sashi is more like a variety tarento

But tv dramas and movies are another league.

Don't think I'll be able to stomach Jline fans for long.

Some of these people aren’t fans, they have an additional motive to explain away iz*ones achievements as *lesser*.... and they’re not being very slick about it to be perfectly honest.
