Do you wonder why some members of big groups are more popular than other members?

Nothing against the popular members but sometimes I'm just wondering why it's like that

Jin is well known for his visuals and he has a fun and outgoing personality same thing with Suho, he's also widely acknowledged for his looks and has a very likable personality. Or how did Lisa become more popular than Jisoo (except in Korea). I always thought Mina would be one of the more popular members of Twice too. I'm not sure which members are popular in W1 after Daniel but I don't get why he's the most popular either

the main commonality though is those people 99% of the time are highly attractive.

Sometimes I wonder that too with some of the members in my fav groups. Especially when they seem to have it all, but no one pays attention to them

No Kang Daniel slander here, if you watched Broduce you'd know why he's huge. tbqh, he deserves the popularity...unproblematic king.

 

With that being said, it depends tbh. Most of the time these members have a unique thing about them. idk about jin cause idc, suho got attention for being a trainee for so long + his visuals are p great, lisa's god-like visuals + long legs have a reputation tbh and she is quite a stan attractor. 

Being popular = successfully appealing to a huge number of people, its simple tbh.

Not often but I dont understand why some idols have massive popularity when I see no outstanding trait in them, esp if they overall seem boring to me. I dont think its a big deal tho, people will like who they like

like with sana, hwasa, hani, daniel, it isnt surprising to me how popular they've become, their star power and likability was always pretty apparent imo

I'm screaming Christian Yu is a well known ulzzang, visual and face genius even when he was still in a kpop group. How are you gonna come after him for his visuals when he's literally a well known visual not to mention he's extremely gorgeous
