crazy_diamond 9,491 Posted December 4, 2018 Share Posted December 4, 2018 There are countries where korean dramas get dubbed in order to air on tv (one day going through the channels i saw dae jang geum dubbed in hungarian which was the weirdest thing ever, and no, i don't speak hungarian), so it's already been done. Variety shows are more difficult to get aired in other countries as they are shows not tv series, so i'm not sure about them getting dubbed. Foreign stuff I’ve noticed does not get dubbed much in the USA. But in a lot of other countries just like how English movies are dubbed kdrama and Asian movies are dubbed and telecast. I legitimately don't even notice bc I'm so used to it XD It isn't really that bad honestly. And I believe we once had running man on tv that was also dubbed. Way before Korean shows hit our small screens, our local TV stations broadcasted dubbed versions of Mexican shows.
