But it is also a shame when people tend to overlook or have inherent bias about a song that they may otherwise have really liked had the music video conveyed the message of the song in a more appropriate manner. I think the saddest case would have to be Rainz's Turn It Up. The synthesizers are thrilling, and expansive, but being boxed in some sort of dark alley circa 2010 doesn't do the vocals, and the song in general, any justice. I suggest listening to it without watching the music video, and then watching the MV, to see if you have any different opinions on it. Sometimes it isn't even about how much money a company has, but how they use that money. I've seen plenty of well made music videos with a relatively low budget compared to super high budget but messy music videos. What songs do you think deserved a better music video?
