I’m being blessed with a daughter who takes care of her 62 years young mother 24/7 due to memory loss that’s limiting my capabilities. Although I’m struggling with this condition, I’ll will fight it to the end. Inspired by the trajectory and achievements of BTS, being triumphant over struggles and oppositions, a month ago I decided to challenge myself with a quest to wake up my brain and also to reciprocate BTS for all the happiness and inspiration that they bring to my life, to young people, and to the whole world. The quest consisted in writing a poem for BTS as a group, one for each member, and one for A.R.M.Y. since I think they are doing great things for BTS and their communities. Since I cannot always remember a verse after finishing writing it, it’s very difficult but not impossible. Those fluent in English have already realized that English is my second language, only Spanish in my everyday life. So this is how MBB BTS GIFT BOX came to be, and little by little I’ll be posting the poems. They are not great but, at my present situation, I did my best. Just learning to use OneHallyu and Twitter with my daughter’s help (she is also my editor). Please forgive me if I do something that’s not correct. If I don’t reply to your comments, give me some time, in a good day I’ll be able to say thank you for reading it. Since this quest is finished, send me suggestions of what I should challenge with next. Enjoy life safely, you are so valuable and there is long path, full of surprises and opportunities for you to find success. God bless you all. Please share how they have changed or influenced your life, your favorite song, the performance that inspired you the most, the lyrics that gave you hope when you were suffering from a troubled mind or the choreographies that make you wonder how seven young men can do so much in so little time. We are posting them with an open and genuine heart, and somehow they will feel our warmth. So there’s the challenge, will you give them some of your time, preparing something so exceptional that fills with content their hearts? I know you can do it, you have so many talents, so many ideas; I’ve seen and enjoyed your videos and they’re really singular. I’ll be waiting for all the collaborations, all welcome without exception. There is only one rule: it should be a positive message for BTS and BTS’s heart, A.R.M.Y. Today I am posting a little poem titled ‘True Love’ to promote the ‘PURPLE RIBBON PROJECT’ from A.R.M.Y. and any other initiative to make BTS safer and happier. People assumed that ‘We Are Bulletproof Part 1’. The reality is that during my ‘Skull Luv Affair’ days I was in a ‘War of Hormones’, a ‘Boy In Luv’ who had ‘N.O.’ idea of the 'Danger' of a ‘Fake Love’.After ‘Awake’ning the ‘Fire’ in my feelings for my ‘First Love’ from ‘Seul’ I tried to ‘Begin’ a relationship with ‘Her’ with the ‘Singularity’ of my confession. I dialed ‘124340’ and asked ‘Her’ to meet me at ‘4 o Clock’ in the park , in the most beautiful ‘Spring Day’, near the ‘Seesaw’ for to later visit ‘Her’ favorite ‘Magic Shop’. She arrived early, and after I saw ‘Her’, my heart was in ‘Paradise’. I ‘Love’ everything about you I said, ‘It's Definitely You’, your ‘Dimple’s are my devotion. I want to share with you ‘The Best of Me’, we’re not ’Young Forever’, can we … I couldn’t finish, she ran away from me.I began to ‘Run’ after ‘Her’ with my ‘Converse High’ until I saw my ‘Reflection’ in ‘Her’ eyes, and with all my ‘Blood, Sweat & Tears’, softly holding ‘Her’ hands, I confessed – “Loving you is in my ‘DNA’, my love for you is no ‘Joke’, ‘I Need You’ to ‘Hold Me Tight’, to ‘Hug Me’ and ‘Save Me’ from this burden past of ‘Boy Meets Evil’. I’m making my ‘Mama’ suffer from the ‘Stigma’ of my ‘Jump’ into a world of ‘Lie’s. ‘For You’ I’ll ‘Change’. I’ll be the ‘Moonchild’ that protects you from ‘Forever Rain’. If you have spare time, please ‘Waste it on Me’. Your ‘Love’, can you ‘give it to me’?†She replied ‘Not today’. I asked her again ‘What Am I to You’, don’t you know ‘O! That was the ‘Prologue’ of my feeling’s demise. I felt ’Lost’ and ‘Dope/Sick’ in a ‘Sea’ of ‘Tear’drops. ‘Am I Wrong’ for having heard the ‘Pied Piper’ of ‘Love’ in a ‘21st Century Girls’ world? I saw ‘Her’ everywhere, in the ’Wings’ of a ‘Butterfly’, in the ‘Crystal Snow’ falling in my ‘House of Cards’ and in the sight of a flock of ‘Baepsae’s flying ‘So Far Away’. I felt ‘Like’ my body was covered by a mountain of ‘Dead Leaves’, ‘Like’ this was ‘The Last of Me’. The ‘Anpanman’ of my school asked me why are you crying? ‘Nevermind‘ I replied trying to escape but he hugged me and said – ‘So what’ if she doesn’t loves you, ‘You are Never Alone’, ‘Please don’t Die’ from ‘Love’. But I couldn’t let it ‘Go, Go’, couldn’t do it in a One! Two! Three! I listened to the music and read about the history of BTS, of how RM met with ‘Agust D’, J-Hope, Jimin, Jungkook, V and Jin, and began planning with Big Hit their ‘Attack On BTS’ theme. ‘Love Yourself’ was their answer and now they are flying in an ‘Airplane’ because they still have dreams to pursue. They were my inspiration to heal my love wounds. I needed to de’Cipher’ the turmoil of my emotions. I tried to find a way out from this ‘Love Maze’, for me to have a ‘Tomorrow’. I had an ‘Epiphany’, then I saw the ‘Answer: Love Myself’. ‘We Are Bulletproof Part 2’ from now on against ‘Fake Love’. I discovered that I’m a ‘Born Singer’ and began to ‘Daydream’ about being an ‘Idol’ for ‘Just One Day’, to have a ‘Mic Drop’ with Kanye West or Drake; to be able to fly in an ‘Airplane Part 2’ and feel the ‘Euphoria’ of success. Todos esperan presentaciones de excelencia, prohibido tener un traspié, Sentimientos encontrados cuando la fatiga casi los hace desfallecer, Felicitaciones y premios trabajados con esfuerzo tenaz y sacrificio del ser. Ondulan las ‘ARMY BOMBS’ en los conciertos como las olas al atardecer, Recibiendo la admiración absoluta unida a restricciones a su potestad de escoger. El público les va escudriñando hasta el más pequeño rasgo de la tez, Vistos como “Idolsâ€, no como personas que sufren por expectativas irreales. Este nuevo año deseo que la fama no ahogue la efervescencia con la que los vimos crecer. Realizing this truth took me so long that our future was almost gone, You are my only precious treasure, everything else is just adorns.
