The Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) has some surprising news about the line-up for this year!

 

On November 26, a press conference was held for the upcoming 2018 MAMA ceremonies. Mnet’s Business Head of Department Kim Ki Woong stated, “Artists who were active in 2018 will be taking part.â€

 

He also announced a collaboration between MOMOLAND and the rapper Mommy Son from “Show Me the Money 777,†and told everyone, “You should really look forward to it.†Mommy Son performs with his identity hidden by wearing a pink balaclava. Many fans and viewers are sure he is the rapper Mad Clown, although he insists it is not him behind the mask.

 

In addition, 2018 MAMA has announced more celebrities who will be participating in the award show.

 

Janet Jackson will be taking part in 2018 MAMA, as well as famous Singaporean singer JJ Lin. Japanese actor Yutaka Matsushige, who is particularly well known for his role in “Kodoku no Gourmet,†will also take part in the ceremony.

 

In addition, the line-up of Korean actors who are participating includes Kim Dong Wook, Kim Sa Rang, Seo Hyun Jin, Yang Se Jong, Jang Hyuk, Jung Ryeo Won, Cha Seung Won, Ha Seok Jin, Han Ye Seul, Hwang Jung Min, and more.

 

2018 MAMA will be held on December 10, 12, and 14, with ceremonies in Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong.

There is only a handful or less entities with which YG hasn't burned bridges with yet and they are constantly shrinking. Why do you think YG idols only go on like 2 of the music shows? After Mess9 I dont think JTBC will ever do anything with them again either. Yang Hyunsuk getting what he deserves should be celebrated. I look forward to the day where the entire rest of the industry turns their back on him.

isn't jtbc's owner is naver and naver same time biggest investor in yg. they will stay with him forever. yg dont wanna go messy mnet shows. cause they already decided shows. they will gave alll awards to bts. cause they're owner the bighit.

just saying bighit bought by netmarble and netmarble's owner is CJ group. Mnet belongs to CJ group too. they will gave all the awards to their group. not just bts deserving it. even they wont they will give them anyway.

There are still many Drama & Variety shows produced by YG Entertainment still airing on Jtbc to this day tho.

Netmarble has a 25% stake in BigHit and CJ group has a 22% stake in Netmarble. Not that investors can't have sway, but you said "Mnet belongs to CJ group too" implying that it's the same when Mnet is literally a part of CJ group, not an investor.

cj and bighit announced a new kpop company. bighit goes under cj group too soon. they're feeding bighit with their promoting power and they will want them new group famous in us.

It's a separate joint venture, not Bighit going under CJ group. I can't tell if you think Bighit is being purchased by CJ group or if this is your prediction. If it's just what you think will happen, maybe you're right. We'll have to wait and see.
