Would you stan a group where only 1 member is super popular?

I know some people have but I honestly can't imagine myself being able to tolerate the wide gap and massive support that only 1 member benefits from compared to the rest. It'll practically be like X and the back up dancers every era

well as you can see I'm stanning kind of group based on my DP but their latest line distribution is letting all members getting equal spotlight and everything is getting fairer these days

so stop calling my girls Jung Chaeyeon and friends because they aren't like that now, DIA is DIA

I'm assuming you're talking about BP? that's not the case at all with that group

Oh no, I'm talking about groups like Astro. Eunwoo is really famous but most people don't even know he's in a group or that he sings. He's way more famous on his own that the group itself, I believe his fanbase is also bigger than the groups fanbase

Astro's too good not to stan, plus Eunwoo may be more pushed for individual activities but this doesn't apply to group activities (never felt like Eunwoo + back up dancers) so it's ok.

Does Exid with Hani count too ? Because the situation feels the same in terms of individual activities and group activities.

In both cases, the other members receive a lot of support and have their own fans. Eunwoo and Hani bring interest to the group, then people stan for all the members, so I think it's ok ? The group I can think of where the balance was bad was Miss A, with Suzy taking up all the attention.
