What Episode of Fairy Tail Was This?

I've asked everywhere I could think of, and nobody knows what I'm talking about. So I've decided to ask here one last time to see if anybody has any inkling of what I'm talking about. I copied and pasted this question from MAL: 

 

This is the synopsis from what I can remember: Natsu, Erza, Lucy, Grey, and Happy are walking back to the guildhall when they come across a small town near a beach and find a family of talking fish. The mom fish tells Grey that he's her kids' father. Natsu, Happy, Erza and Lucy are shocked to learn this. Gray is as well, but feels responsible for the kids, even though he's never met any of them before, so he temporarily becomes the dad. He then says that he wants to stay with the family and care for them. Natsu, Erza and lucy don't know what to make of this, but respect his wishes and leave him. Happy tries to tell the group something, but he can't remember what. They then encounter the real dad fish in a bar. He says that the mom left him and took the kids because he got drunk one time and beat her. Meanwhile, the daughter fish falls in love with Grey. When Natsu, lucy, Erza and the dad fish come to the fish house, the dad and the mom fish get in a fight, then the son fish runs away from home and turns emo, I can't remember what happened next, but at the end, a giant wave washes all the talking fish to sea and Happy finally remembers what he was going to say. He says that all the talking fish turn crazy before the giant wave takes them to sea every year or something and that's why the family of fish was acting crazy.

 

I saw it about 3-4 years ago in 2011 or 2012 on the Funimation Channel when the english dub was barely coming out. I distinctly remember the episode having been dubbed in english. I can't remember how long it lasted, but I would say from 10 to 20 minutes. So it couldn't just have been a short one off. But it still felt like a special episode or something. It had to have been a full episode or OVA. I've searched everywhere but can't find any trace of it anywhere, not even in the Fairy Tail wiki. It's like it never existed. Where can I find this episode? What's it called? Can anybody direct me to a page that mentions it so that I can at least know that I didn't just dream it all up. Thanks.

 

It's so bizarre that I can't find any mention of this episode at all anywhere. Every time I google "fairy tail talking fish" I just end up with the same webpages I created asking the question in the first place on both Yahoo Answers and MAL. For more context, the episode aired while the Funimation Channel was still airing "The Sacred Blacksmith", "Ga Rei Zero" and "Princess Jellyfish". I watched every Fairy Tail episode and even read the manga full and Idk what episode do you referring to ....

I don't recall this happening in the manga, show or the OVAs so you may have dreamt this.
