I have really a big respect to Ailee's vocal but I'm more of IU's vocal's uniqueness.

Taeyeon reigns supreme in terms of female voices for me. Only Wendy, Wheein and Solar come as close as she does to my tastes in voices. Ailee's voice is gorgeous too though. IU's is okay but not my cup of tea.

I don't like the overly breathy quality in Soyou's voice. If she weren't from a famous group I'd have assumed she was a JYP idol lol.

there are times i find Taeyeon's vocal color "just ok" (like in "I"), and i vastly prefer her voice when she's trying to do silky/jazzy stuff ("I Got Love," "Something New," her cover of "All That Jazz" and "Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire"), while i love IU's tone across various genres ("23," "The Red Shoes," "Lost Child," "Sogyeokdong")
