I've never ever read (and will never read) any mpreg ff. But it's my understanding that the guy usually gets pregnant by some magical way. However, how the hell does he have the baby?

c-section of course. well at least i've only read c-section births

Robert Winston, a pioneer of in-vitro fertilization, told London's Sunday Times that "male pregnancy would certainly be possible" by having an embryo implanted in a man's abdomen – with the placenta attached to an internal organ such as the bowel â€“ and later delivered by Caesarean section.[10][11][12]

yeah............

If you would like to see how mpreg works in a reasonable way you could read

http://7daywar.livejournal.com/560.html

It's actually pretty good and it isn't awkward, but it is pretty sad.

Summary

a drug that creates artificial wombs inside of a male's body that enables them to get pregnant, without their knowledge of course. the side effects are basically the normal pregnancy symptoms a woman would have, only slightly enhanced. yunho and yoochun, as well as others are on the case to find the culprit and stop this drug before it get's anymore out of hand than it already has and spreads throughout asia. though they may have to deal with more than just the drug 'bourne' when their lovers become two of the victims of the drug as well.

It's a really good fic.

I also recommend Nothing but animal as well.
