Star Empire sues the user sending vulgar messages to Kyungri

Star Empire has decided to sue the Twitter user sending vulgar messages to Nine Muses member Kyungri.

 

Star Empire had warned before, "We request that the Twitter user 'ibjotdragn' that uses sexual hate comments toward Nine Muses' Kyungri delete all the tweets and personally apologize to Kyungri by coming to our office. If this is not done immediately, we will be filing a lawsuit against this user under the 'Violation of law on IT use and information protection' act."

 

However, it seems like the user never not went to the office to apologize, as Star Empire has filed a lawsuit against the user on June 13 at the Seoul Mapo Police Station.

 

Star Empire said, "Kyungri was really hurt by the humiliation. The others in the industry said that we should take legal measures because the vulgarity was too much. Kyungri thinks the user should be caught and strictly punished. Many celebrities just left their hate tweets alone because of their image. But according to what happens with this suit, celebrities could pour out lawsuits, so many people are eagerly watching to see what happens."

 

I don't think allowing him/her to your office is a good idea, Star Empire.

Good to see Star Empire standing up for its celebrities but sueing the guy seem a bit overzealous when she could easily just have blocked him weeks ago unless she did and this is constant harassment from fresh made accounts then fuck him sue his ass.
