Labels need to improve more in their communication with fans and public when a member or a group disappear suddenly without any announcement. I have other example : GFriend Yuju, DIA Jenny (before she gives an answer 2-3 months after) or Pledis with their GG. I really like their debut with SUNDAY. But I have a big issue with the new version of OH, the images don't load because of the way they build the link. Instead of the standard img src="url" they put a blank image in the src attribute and use the data-src="url" . The only interest of this great evolution is to not show the image.
