I dunno, everyone keeps raving on about it but apart from some very broad things about haunted house its not scary or much of a ghost story. Everything builds up to the mystery of the house and why the family is so messed up all of which is interesting throughout but by end we get no answers or even a proper conclusion about the spooky stuff (never explained why the house is haunted, why it kills, why it targets certain people, what the entities/entity is).
