Chinese dramas like Yanxi Palace are especially hard to sub, that's why dramas like this one which was a major hit domestically are little known outside of China. If they were able to sub Rise of Phoenixes which is also long and difficult to translate and also pick up older dramas like LoveO2O, there's a chance that they might be able to pick this one up in in the future.
