^^This is the sum total of the top 400 album sales per year. Album sales are steadily increasing, and the increase in sales of these albums may have affected the number of singers in addition to the above-mentioned ten teams. We support all singers who are loved by the public with their own colors in intense competition!

Edit: from Soompi

Gaon Chart recently released a ranking of the top 10 artists in accumulated physical album sales.

The following list does not include artists who debuted before Gaon Chart’s establishment in 2010.

The numbers include unit albums and are based on data from 2010 through November 3, 2018.

My kings and queens. So proud of them, JYPNation. lovestruck.png lovestruck.png lovestruck.png

Also, let's not forget the 80-cent discount and 5 dollar discount that made all of this happen. hurrplz.png

Why aren't there any 2nd groups (SUJU + SNSD)? Plus, why are all of NCT's units album sales counted together? No shade or hate, I'm just wondering since I thought sales from units were counted separately, such as SNSD's TTS or OH! GG sales aren't counted together with SNSD's total sales.

The fact that BTS sold ~6.2M albums in just one year blows my mind (LY series + 600K old album sales in 2018). By the end of next year, they will most like hit 15M+ GAON sales. Anticipating!

Twice is killing the game amgplz.png  They will most likely be #3 by the end of 2019.

but why there's no 2nd gen groups?

I asked the same thing since SNSD(2M+) and SUJU (2M+) should be there. I'm guessing OP just listed 3rd gen groups?
