I think the hate goes more towards the shippers than the OTP itself

 

I've seen a lot of hate going on between xiuhan and hunhan shippers, simply because xiuhan is more relevant now than hunhan

 

hunhan shippers are called delusional  :imstupid:

I went to Luhan's IG to see his photo with Xiumin and checked some Chinese comments with Xiumin (Baozi) on it--some of them were asking Luhan not to be close with Xiumin. I was a bit shocked that they left such comments there just for a photo.  

(I can read some basic letters and I've also used google trans.) 

 

There were even some English comments  saying that they want Hunhan. LOL

You have not read enough of my posts on Taohun and Sekai if you think I'm butthurt about Sekai not working out. It has nothing to do with the friendship between Sehun and Kai; they're tight and will always be BFFs. It's the 'friendship' between Sehun and Tao that's gross and fake.

True. Hunhan is the most popular pairing and because of it it's only natural for them to have many intense shippers but the relationship itself is so harmless.

 

Also Xiumin, Luhan, Sehun and Tao all seem to get along really well with each other which makes the ship wars between the pairings involving the four of them even more ridiculous.

I love 10080 so much as I also love Absolute Chanyeol, Baby's Breath, Arbitrage, Anterograde Tomorrow, and the other classics, and having fanfics change your point of view towards the real exo members is incomprehensible, to say the least.

But, to answer the question.... I have never seen XiuHan hate tbh  :imstupid: It's probably HunHan shippers who hate on XiuHan and TaoHun and they're a small group because the I-fandom worships TaoHun&XiuHan, as they should  :imstupid:

I don't even know why would someone hate an OTP, it's like disliking someone's friendship ... why?

 

The comments some leave on the members' instagrams are also quite high in the crazy lane, what's the purpose of shouting OTP names or complaining you see A member instead of B member.

 

Anyone actually saying that one is closer to another without actually knowing EXO personally shouldn't get that much credibility. Is it so hard to believe that maybe you can be friends with and spend time with more than one person? These people have no grasp of how real relationships (be it romantic in nature or not) actually work so I'd just move on and ignore every hater.
