Let's be honest. I have nothing against YG or its artists but one can pretty much guarantee that any solo or group release will be an instantaneous hit regardless of music quality. I will not say that any YG music has been of poor quality as that would be insensitive to the people and fans who support its artists but I can pretty much argue that if a group or solo did release a poor quality track the impact wouldn't be significant as it still would do very well in the charts because it came from YG. It's one of the Korean music industry' greatest flaws. The source of the artists' company plays a major role in the success of the solo or group.

I actually find it impressive that YG has such a dedicated army of fans that are ready to stream and download whatever their artists release. 

 

If SM stans could band together like that, their artists would be unstoppable.

It seems 15& doesn't even get music videos anymore, so JYPE could've at least had them release another song in the past 8 months.

JYPE has the right idea to not want to have Jimin/Yerin seen as idols but the company is doing it all wrong.

They should never release a song like Sugar again. It's obvious from it's underwhelming performance on the charts that thats not what people want to hear from them.

I'm glad they tried something different though it's a bop to me though and it captured that Motown sound.  

 

I don't necessarily want them to do one genre something on the lines of Can't Hide It and Love is Madness is good though just not straight ballads either.

Well you gotta give the people what they want and the people want more Can't Hide It and Love is Madness (R&B/up tempo ballad)

 

Davichi has reached top level doing the same genre for 7 years. I want 15& to be a more R&B version of Davichi.
