(Korean: 피프틴앤드, also known as Fifteen And)

 

a South Korean duo signed under JYP Entertainment. The duo consists of Park Jimin and Baek Yerin.

The meaning of the name ‘15&’ is a combination of their ages when debuted, the ‘and’ means that

they can have success and achieve many things in the future. Their first singles, "I Dream" released 

on October 5, 2012. The duo's debut officially began on October 7, 2012.

On March 31, 2015, JYP announced via Twitter that Jimin would be making her debut as a solo artist, and that her debut stage would be held on the popular singing show Kpop Star Season 4. Her teaser images were released later that day, along with the name of the title track, "Hopeless Love". The teaser pictures also revealed that she would be going by the name "Jimin Park", rather than "Park Jimin", for her solo debut. Jimin made her debut solo with the release of "Hopeless Love" on April 4, 2015.

 

 

 

On August 16, Jimin dropped teaser image for her comeback with title track â€³Try″, which set to be released on August 23. The music video teaser for title track was released and confirmed to released album titled â€³19 to 20″ on August 23, 2016 with a more uplifting tracks that is soft and gentle but still powerful in its message providing energy to those suffering from a tiring and suffocated heart.

 

 

She held a Naver V Countdown live broadcast to talk about her album with her fans. She added, “If it’s not about something I can relate to, then I can’t put emotion into my singing. I hope everyone can feel my sincerity, because everything on the album is 100 per cent based on my life.â€

In November 2015, Yerin debuted as a solo artist with her first solo album "Frank". A teaser video was released at midnight KST on November 26 for her upcoming solo debut track “Across the Universe.†The teaser has a bright, refreshing vibe to it and showcases her smooth and captivating vocals. The song was created by Baek Yerin along with producer Cloud.The title song "Across the Universe" was released on November 30.

 

On June 19, the music video for her digital single “Bye Bye My Blue†was revealed via JYP Nation’s V Live channel. This single marks Baek Yerin’s first release since her solo debut with “Across the Universe†last November. â€œBye Bye My Blue†is a soothing modern pop ballad with a beautiful piano melody, and Baek Yerin’s dreamy vocals add her signature touch to the song. She also took part in writing the lyrics for the track. In the same year, she also released a holiday single titled "Love You on Christmas" on December 7. The single contains two songs including the lead single "Love You on Christmas" and the B-side single "November Song".

On August 14, 2015, Jimin announced a project group she had formed with Seungyoun of UNIQ and rapper Nathan whom she met on Kpop Star when he was a contestant in season 3. They became friends as they're the same age. Their group name was later revealed to be M.O.L.A (Make Our Life Awesome), and they released their first track "My Way" on August 20. M.O.L.A continues to upload self-composed, remixes, and cover tracks on their official channel.
