I'm so stressed right now ugh 'cause I'm so behind with my uni work :(

 

Tomorrow I have a tutorial early morning and I tried to prepare for it but I just don't understand most of it so I can't do anything of any substance. It stresses me out because we're only allowed to be absent for two times in a semester (which I've already been) and not being prepared enough counts as an absence as well. :/ If I'm absent too much I'll be exempt from the exam which means I'll catch a delay in my years of studying which won't look good on my resume which will cost me a lot of money which will mean I'll have higher student debt...

 

I'm just so friggin' stressed and unhappy these days and I can't find anything to pull me out of it, not even kpop or dramas like it used to :( I've promised my friends to go to drinks with her in a bit which I really can't decline anymore but I feel so shitty I really wish I hadn't told her I'd go.

You need a break for yourself. Seems like you feel obligated to do stuff you don't want to do when you can always say no to things. Take a deep breath, drink some water and organize yourself. Rethink your priorities. Don't let your thoughts run in your head only to cause you anxiety, worry and stress. You're the one in control after all.
