partially true.

Stock researchers are pointing out the price of Yen dropping (less royalties from Japan) 13% from the same time last year and SM having to pay for the EXO concert production in advance for the drop in profit/sales.

Q2 and Q3 should have better profit/income due to TVXQ/SNSD/EXO/SHINee concerts

JYP FINALLY having some surplus after years of loss

But JYP's private sector (which housed 2pm and WG) merged with the public sector just last year to form one company. The public sector reported finances for the less popular groups and that American branch (which was liquidated) so for all we know, JYP might never have been losing any money at all because their full finances were never public until now.

Anyways, it's crazy how much SM loses in operating costs.. I wonder if they can tighten that up o_o

yg is leading omg with only 2NE1'S + AkMu's promotions

and to think we're yet to witness global superstars psy comeback+bigbang comeback. :datass:

AKMU's album was released in Q2 so had nothing to do with this.

2NE1's World Tour and Big Bang's Dome Tour
