she dont have proof. words are not proofs. so he is still innocent about it. and police said video recorded by her not him. she holding camera on her hands all video, they said. it wasnt spycam too so they cant do anything about it.

this plus if you read the guys message to her w/ the video, there was never a direct blackmail message that threatening her.

not that defending him or anything as im a female myself but that's how law works. no proper evidence, no arrest warrant.

Hara is the victim, he isn't one. He tried to blackmail her with the sex tape he secretly filmed.

 

No apparently they consented to filming the video, the problem is he tried to blackmail her with it. He did not send the video around so they are saying they cant arrest him for that. Everything is still under investigation so we'll have to wait and see how it turns out.
