  • Instead of 情ä¸: é’ä¸ (qÄ«ng sÄ«) -- "black hair"
  • Instead of 瞥: 片 (piàn) -- doesn't make sense in context
  • Instead of å³°: 风 (fÄ“ng) -- "wind"
  • Instead of æµè¿ž: ç•™æ‹ (liú liàn) -- interchangeable with æµè¿ž here
 
[General note on the "chorus" sung in female voice] This portion of the melody and these lyrics are taken from a Sichuan folk song called 《采花》 ("picking flowers"). There are several variations of the lyrics, as is typical for folk songs, and this is one of them.
