I believe it's the president one you need to be at least 5 years old. BTS couldn't win that one because they were not eligible at the time.

BTS weren't the 1st (they received the award in 2016), neither Red Velvet is second. Many idols groups already received the award. For example, in 2015 Girls Day received the award, in 2014 EXO received the award, in 2012 Shinee received the award, in 2011 Beast, CNBlue, After School, ZE:A received the award etc.  I particularly remember 2014, when EXO-K was sent to receive the award.
