Maybe they did a tad of airbrushing to redefine the muscles, but that's really how he's proportioned. It's not the first images of him in a sleeveless shirt.

So I guess him and his trainer will be sharing the arms exercise for men (duh it's a Men's Health magazine ). I hope next time (I hope there is a next time) will be about thighs and booty exercise because I think that's one of Baekho's best physical features (strong lower body + a balanced upper & lower body), though I am not sure how much of it is due to his past Kumdo training.
