TRULY THE BEST RAPPERS OF SM YET

a.k.a the aces of NCT, a.k.a. MARK & TAEYONG

As testified by

2.0: "MY VAN"

I'd also like to express how much I love this track.

The instrumentals have such an eerie vibe and the "riding on our van~~ riding on that van~~keep driving~keep driving~" is so haunting, almost hypnotizing. Excellent production.

Anyways, the lyrics are so hard

basically saying they will keep ridin' on their van no matter how long and bumpy the roads are rlytearpls.png

and the flow of the rap blends so well with the instrumentals and I just love it so much. Please have a listen:

Killer verse:

"You're wrong, being an SM idol is hard.
I promise more than you, you may want to be in my place,
but you're weaker than expected"

NCT 127 killed it this comeback with their album Regular-Irregular.

Please show them the love they deserve and try their songs on Apple Music/Spotify!

i wouldnt call it exactly mad city 2.0 cause there are many differences but it's def a "grown up" successor to it

anyway it snaps extra hard both lyrics and music wise (that instrumental is SICK) + i love jaehyun's cameo in it, his spooky "keeeeep driiiviiing" kills it lmao

I can't bring myself to take him seriously as a rapper , I don't know why ? like is it the voice or something missing in him ... NCT as a whole in my personal opinion doesn't have a rapper , that is just my opinion .

Wait who? Taeyong? Yeah I've heard of some not liking the "attitude" he puts or the way he lowers his voice while rapping. IMO I like that, kind of gives the lyrics a particular punch.

Given that many NCT songs (in particular 127, sometimes U) are hip-hop'ish involving quite a bit of rapping (or not particularly singing), I've noticed that Mark&TY are in charge of those parts 9.9/10 times. TY&Mark have like the most lines, but they almost never really "sing". So IMO they are certainly pushed as the rappers of NCT and they are certainly above average when it comes to idol rapping.

Yeah kind of a bad way to label it. I just meant that it is another track of NCT that showcases TY&Mark's rapping.

Rapper is = one of the element of hip hop .

-> Rapper = someone who talking faster than usual following by rythm of music .

_____________

Conclusion from me = They are trully A Rapper .

Those salty people maybe think Rapper is all about Shouting ,or with High vocal . While they think Mark or Taeyong isnt good in rap because sometime they lower their voice .

Muahaha

I'm lost are we supposed to take you seriously, keep trying to convince yourself that your opinion matters, where is your credibility? Ok.
