A reporter claimed that several Pentagon members are dating.

 

On a recent 'e!fact' broadcast on Naver's V Live, entertainment reporters discussed how stars react to dating news. The specific stars of the conversation were HyunA and E'Dawn who stirred up major issues with their dating news. 

 

Overall, the reporters criticized HyunA's decision to be honest and go public with the dating news. In fact, they called her "selfish" as her honesty had a detrimental effect on E'Dawn's career. 

 

While talking about E'Dawn's inability to promote, and Pentagon's cut into a group of 8, the male reporter said, "But the problem is, Pentagon could have even fewer members." The other reporters reacted surprisedly. The reporter then said, "I'll stop right here," but ended up revealing, "There are several more members whose stories the public doesn't know about yet. (It's my personal opinion)."

Reporters and journalism have a history of trying to catch onto trends and momentums, not surprised, people have been criticizing this side of "journalism" for quite some time. It's even worse because it works, many times. So-called journal sites and blogspots all over the internet profiting off of baiting, opinion pieces and social fads, callous reporters and paparazzi appealing to the lowest common denominator, it's like the world of new reporting forgets that the people they are talking about and the people who are reading/listening are real.
