Tbh simply common sense

Based on idol reality/survival shows. They have to work min +15 hour for everyday for choreographies. Max 2-3 hour sleep. Very small, poor dorms. Not eat so much. Always stress, no personal or free time for theirselves. Always judged from public. Always have to look beautiful, happy.

They work so hard but their lives aren't as glamarous as most people think.

Kihyun said in a recent interview that that was the worst thing they experienced together and they all agreed. Mnet took that title way too far. I'm still mad about what happened to Changkyun but at the same time I'm grateful he was in the show.
