Well I read he was 13 when this occured, she was 22...so he is now 15 and she is 24 or 25? Depends since we don't know her identity.

I just googled the situation and saw other sources say that she was already 26 when this happened.. Basically a lady in her twenties.. Unfortuantely, the age of consent in Korea is 13. She can't be arrested.

Usually a 13 y/o is pre-pubescent though. Most 13 y/o kids still don't look like they've entered in puberty so yeah, that's a pedophile.

Also I read they dated like 2 years ago?! Is that true?! Because if it is then... holy shit. The kid is 15 in Korean age right now which will mean he is 13 (Korean age) 2 years ago when they dated. That's like 11 or 12 in international age while she is mid-20s. Isn't that illegal?! I don't really care about huge age gap as long as both are legal adult BUT 11 or 12 years old was way too young.

I feel like they didn't date that long ago, according to the story she wrote because she was talking about him being on smtm right now. I don't think it was 2 years ago. Also, I've only read that she was 20, but i'm not 100% sure since I haven't really seen any reliable sources state her age. But, in comments to another article written, the comments said she was 20.

I guess it depends on the child. Some kids have entered puberty at this age, some have not.

 

I'm talking in general terms. I had my first period a bit before 12, but that doesn't mean I was suddenly an adolescent. Being a child is not only a physical thing, but mental/emotionally too. An adult being with a minor is simply disgusting no matter if they've technically entered puberty or not.
