Kami the II. 1,723 Posted October 5, 2018 Share Posted October 5, 2018 I used cortisones for about a year & it was the worst thing I've ever experienced in my life. I exercised daily in order not to gain weight despite hating it & avoided carbs and salt whole that time by the recommendation of my doctor. I didn't gain much on scale (about 5kgs) but my face & body was hella puffy due to water retention. I also had multiple small red scars in my neck & purple bruises on my upper tights as side-effects... All I can say is, you will lose that weight so easily once you stop taking those pills due to most of it being just water. Try to avoid looking at the mirror if it demoralizes you. I was advised to avoid carbs & salt in order to minimalize the water retention so you may try it as well... HWAITING!!!
